Tickets were secured by the proxy. The tickets + pcs may possibly arrive to the proxy by mail. The proxy will proceed to trade them by mail if necessary. If the pobs arrive to them in the mail then they will use the 3,600 yen paid for travel fees to go towards shipping after deuducting 1350 yen that they were charged from buying the tickets.
